Hello and thanks for stopping by! I am a true Pacific Northwest native having lived in Washington State my entire life. I was raised on Vashon Island on a sustainable farm where my passion for living a healthy lifestyle and the love of the outdoors was nurtured. Over the past 30-years I have lived along the Puget Sound corridor from West Seattle to Tacoma, Green Lake, Leschi, Lake City, Mill Creek, Mukilteo and now Arlington. I enjoy everything this area offers, especially the easy access to nature for hiking, kayaking and general exploration.
