Gene has extensive experience in the real estate industry. He started his career in the early 1990s as a loan officer at a Southern California Mortgage Bank, where he rose to the position of Vice President. Gene’s passion for real estate stems from his background working with his father in the construction business, where he gained valuable skills in home remodeling and building.

After gaining experience in the mortgage industry, he took the initiative to establish his own mortgage bank. He successfully secured multiple lines of credit from leading financial institutions across the nation. He facilitated funding of over $100 million for various residential, commercial, and land development projects. Additionally, he collaborated with investors and home sellers to provide necessary financing solutions to help them achieve their financial objectives.

Over the years, Gene has pursued his passion for real estate through personal investments and property flipping within the greater Seattle market. His business has expanded to encompass a wide range of opportunities, including residential, commercial, and business ventures and acquisitions. Over the course of his career, Gene has honed his negotiating skills, making him an invaluable asset in contract negotiations. His wealth of experience has allowed him to develop a keen understanding of the complexities involved in these negotiations, enabling him to consistently achieve favorable outcomes.
