Hi, I’m Pauly Larson, I’m a real estate agent here in Lake Stevens, Washington—born and raised.
I love this community and I know it inside and out. Whether you're looking to buy or sell residential or commercial property, I bring local expertise and a real-world perspective to guide you every step of the way.
I like to call myself a real estate strategist, not just an agent. Why? Because my job isn’t just opening doors and showing homes. It’s about helping you think long-term. I work with you to map out a strategy that fits your goals—whether it’s building equity, growing your portfolio, or finding a property that’s perfect for your lifestyle or business. With my background in owning businesses, building my own home, and navigating both commercial and residential markets, I know how to see the bigger picture.
At the heart of everything I do is my family. I’m a proud dad to three incredible kids—Sienna, Aspen, and Rome. Being a father is my greatest responsibility and my greatest joy. My life revolves around supporting them, setting a strong example, and making sure they grow up with the values that matter most—integrity, hard work, kindness, and commitment. That dedication carries into my work with clients. I know what it means to create a home, not just find a house. I’m here to help you build something lasting for your family too.
Before I got into real estate, I was a competitor on the World Long Drive tour. That experience taught me focus, grit, and discipline—skills I now bring into every deal I make on behalf of my clients.
Outside of work, I coach a college/semi-pro baseball team called The Everett Merchants. It’s something I’m really passionate about. I love mentoring young men, helping them not just improve as athletes, but grow into confident, respectful individuals who contribute positively to their communities.
If you're looking for someone who will bring energy, strategy, and a genuine commitment to your goals, I’d love to be your go-to resource. Let’s talk. I’m here to help you take that next big step.
