About Katie Doucet

Hello! I’m a lifelong Washington native, born and raised in Snohomish. I still live in the area with my five wonderful kids. I’ve been a Real Estate Professional for nearly four years, and during that time, I’ve built a career centered around trust, dedication, and truly going above and beyond for my clients. My mission is simple: to make sure every client feels supported, informed, and confident throughout their real estate journey. Community involvement is a big part of who I am. I’m active in my church, regularly volunteer at the local food bank, and work closely with children with special needs—a role that brings me a great deal of joy and perspective. When I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll find me outdoors. I have a deep love for nature and enjoy hiking, hunting, and exploring the beautiful landscapes Washington has to offer. Whether it’s a quiet trail or a family adventure in the woods, being outside is where I feel most grounded and connected.
