I love real estate! I recognize the unique character of historic homes and I am a seasoned investor. I have rehabbed a 1901 American Foursquare, a 1964 Mid-Century Modern duplex and a 1901 Craftsman Logger’s Hotel turned four-plex. It is no secret I love multifamily properties and I know when it comes to multifamily, it is about the math, not the emotion. Wealth through real estate is obtainable. I have been a Snohomish County resident since 1990. I previously worked as a manager at Snohomish County but decided to pursue my first love—real estate in 2015. I made a high-level commitment to my real estate education, completing advanced training to obtain my Managing Broker license in 2018. I believe my continuing education better serves you.

 

My husband Walt and I enjoy a good happy hour with friends, ballroom dancing to Big Band music, repurposing furniture, and bringing new life to neglected homes.
