Having personally gone through leasing, buying, selling, and being a landlord with his commercial properties, Bruce found himself drawn to the agent side so he could help others navigate these tricky waters. As an agent, he is passionate about helping others achieve their dreams through real estate and understands that building long-term relationships based on trust and communication is essential to success. He takes the time to listen to the needs of his clients and works tirelessly to fulfill those needs. Whether his clients are looking to lease, buy, or sell a property, Bruce is dedicated to providing them with the guidance and support they need to succeed.

 

A proud native of Long Island, New York, Bruce has also lived in New Jersey, California, and Denmark. He and his wife have lived in Washington since 2003.

 

Bruce graduated from Princeton University where he started in Astrophysics and finished in Computer Science. He later completed an MBA at the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, during which he enjoyed a summer abroad at the Copenhagen School of Business. His career has spanned from Silicon Valley software architect to managing surgery centers to owning auto repair facilities. Bruce (an Eagle Scout himself) enjoys being active in the local community as a Boy Scouts merit badge counselor, as well as former vice-president of the Clearview Community Association.

 

When not working, Bruce and his wife, Brooke, make the time to travel each year. They have been to over 30 countries together, and they recently purchased property in Turkiye as part of its Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program. Domestically, Bruce and Brooke love relaxing in Gatlinburg, TN, and the Outer Banks, NC.
