Leon Lavigne has been a real estate professional since 2014. Prior to starting at Ballpark Realty he was licensed in California as a real estate agent and has helped many buyers and sellers. In addition to selling real estate, Leon is also a licensed loan originator in Washington and California with over 200 banking relationships so has a very keen eye for putting together loans to help consumers and investors transact.
In 2016, Leon completed the National Association of Realtor’s; Pricing Strategy Advisor(PSA) certification which adds valuable perspective to transactions while taking the guesswork out of pricing.
A Lake Stevens resident since 2020, in his free time, Leon enjoys going to the gym, singing karaoke, watching the Mariners and Seahawks, cooking, BBQ, traveling, spending time with his family and 2 fluffy Doodles and quite barrel-some orange cat.
