Yvonne Matthes, Transaction Coordinator

Yvonne Matthes is part of the Ballpark Realty Team and works as the Transaction Coordinator. Because of Yvonne’s combined 12 years of experience as an Office Manager and Administrative Assistant, Yvonne provides excellent customer service when corresponding to clients, Escrow Offices, Lenders, Realtors and brings a caring warmth to anyone she encounters. While in the office you can find Yvonne working at her desk, greeting customers, and singing along to the radio.

A few of Yvonne’s professional accomplishments have been Lead Surgical Nurse as a Vet Tech, Transcription Projects, Various Company Research Projects, and Early Childhood Development.

Outside of work you can find Yvonne shuttling her two kids to and from track and lacrosse practices and games. Hiking, camping, playing with her dog, meditating, offering Reiki healing, gardening, planning fun adventures with her husband and growing her indoor succulent and plant collection.
